Typically projects are based on an hourly rate or a flat rate price per project. Every project is different in its scope and each client is different in their goals. For this reason, I quote each project after an initial exploratory meeting to be sure we are meeting your needs and budget.

Delivery of goods are highly dependent on the chain of supply and shipping schedules. Within my design process I stay aware of the ever changing delivery times, having decisions made and orders placed in order for your project to stay on schedule.

I have many trades and vendors that I repeatedly use because I know the quality of their work and have developed a great working relationship which I highly value.

I do work with new vendors/trades all of the time on projects and enjoy meeting and working with new people and finding new products that further broaden my “pocket of tools” to give you the best design.
