Phase 2 – Townhomes, an extension of the seamless design language established in the first phase of this visionary project. In close collaboration with the architect, our focus was on maintaining continuity while introducing innovative design elements that infuse natural light into the heart of these tall, narrow townhomes.

A key design feature was the thoughtful integration of an impressive corner sliding door junction, allowing the main living spaces to effortlessly connect with the outdoors. The result was a harmonious blend of sleek, modern interiors complemented by a soaring staircase and exposed metal beams. Theater Drive Phase 2 Townhomes epitomize contemporary living, where architectural brilliance and thoughtful design converge to create residences that redefine urban luxury in Bend.
